Steps

Learn how to clean a toilet and how Pine-Sol™ cleans toilets. Cleaning toilets and disinfecting toilet bowls is easier with these tips.

Step 1

Pour Pine-Sol directly onto a sponge, rag or scrubbing brush.

Step 2

Wipe down the toilet tank exterior, lid, toilet seat and cover, and outside of the bowl, reapplying more cleaner as needed.

Step 3

Rinse each surface with water.

Step 4

Splash Pine-Sol into the toilet bowl and hit every crevice with your trusty toilet brush. Let it sit for a few minutes and flush.
TIP: Only have a few minutes to clean? Add a little of your favorite scented Pine-Sol to the toilet bowl in the morning to keep your bathroom smelling fresh throughout the day.
